Lishui Green Industry Fund invests in Apex Energy

    On July 30th, Lishui Green Industry Development Fund Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Green Industry Fund") signed a capital increase agreement with Zhejiang Apex Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Apex Company"). The Green Industry Fund invested 20 million yuan and became the second largest shareholder of Apex Company.

    Apex is a high-tech enterprise of new energy materials integrating the research, development, manufacturing and sales of super capacitor carbon and graphene nanocomposites. It was founded by Dr. Chen Zaihua, a returned person from Japan and a distinguished expert from Zhejiang Province. It is a new emerging enterprise in the new energy industry of the Development Zone, and also a key talent technology enterprise and key cultivation object of Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone.
